Tue, 29 Nov 2011Lexus is moving from the road to the runway with a new ad campaign set to appear in Vogue magazine. As part of the Lexus Fashion Workshop, the carmaker challenged four fashion designers to create wearable pieces using materials from a dismantled Lexus CT hybrid. The challenge is "elevating the notion of recycling to an art form," according to Lexus, which says the CT hybrid is 90 percent recyclable.

Following on from the Colorado concept shown in Bangkok, the Colorado Rally truck takes the basic premise of the first Colorado concept and adds a dose of aggression, with the vehicle gaining increased ride height, chunkier tires and a more prominent under body. Tue, 06 May 2014DRIVERS in the UK could save more than £800 per year on their fuel bills by following some simple tips. A survey by Ford shows that many drivers don’t carry out simple checks that waste fuel. In the survey, it was found that 76% of drivers in the UK do not check their car’s tyre pressures regularly, which has a major impact on fuel consumption as underinflated tyres cause excess strain on the engine.
