J-Bird Engines reduction drive never used but bolted up to engine for project PPC. The unit has surface scratching from mounting but could easily be buffed out. It is 2.44-1 ratio with pulley diameters of 2.25" & 5.5". It was originally designed to bolt up to a Hirth 2703 engine but could easily be adapted to fit other engines, as I was going to use on an SRV 540. Professionally designed and built, very thick and heavy duty, comes with everything new: pulleys, bearings, spacers, and prop plate, all from J-Bird ($600). The shaft and plate were built at a machine shop out of  1" thick 6061-T6 ($400). The unit takes a 2" wide 24 grove belt. The shaft bolts ( 2- one on front one on back) need to be drilled for safety wire along with the bolt tensioner.

Italian Grand Prix (2013) RESULT Qualifying for the 2013 Italian Grand Prix at Monza left Red Bull at the front and the home boys, Ferrari, in fourth and fifth, with a miserable Hamilton in the Mercedes down in twelfth. Which augered well for a strong finish for Red Bull and a battle for Alonso to get on the podium and Hamilton to even finish in the points. And that’s exactly what the race gave us.
