Hi.

For sale is this set of 1957 Thunderbird Y-block exhaust pipes.  I couldn't find them when restoring my car so I had to buy new, so my loss is your gain!  These appear to be in very good shape, but one does have some rust.

The rustier one on the LH side is what I assume is the Passenger RH 5246A part that plugs into the heat riser; I assume this due to a CASCO manual that shows the end of the pipe sitting proud or up from the bracket vs. the other one isn't.  I may have them swapped though.  This one had crusty rust on it that flaked off but appears to still be strong (though thinner metal) that could be cleaned up with blasting or wirebrush, etc.

The other one only has light surface rust.

Buyers/bidders to verify condition acceptability and application PRIOR TO BIDDING.  Ask for more pictures, no problem!

What you see is what you get, these exact parts!  No guarantees, warranties, or returns.  See my long eBay history of selling old Ford and Thunderbird parts for confidence.

Paypal only, No reserve.

Casco has these at $33 each from their 2016 catalog.

New 2015 Hyundai i20 PROPERLY revealed – debuts at Paris Motor Show

Mon, 11 Aug 2014

The new 2015 Hyundai i20 revealed The Hyundai i20 is a decent, if slightly uninspiring, car, but it has shown Hyundai know how to put a car together to target a market dominated by the Ford Fiesta, and the new i20 – which will be revealed at the Paris Motor Show in October – should see the i20 edging closer to the Fiesta in appeal. Now, following a tease reveal of the new Hyundai i20 using design sketches last week, we get the reveal of the all new, second generation i20 ahead of its public debut. Using Hyundai’s ‘Fluidic Sculpture 2.0′ design language, the new i20 gets looks that are clearly inspired by the new i10 for a more modern look, with a new take on the Hyundai grill and black-c-pillars for a floating roof, making the new i20 look more contemporary, if a little bland.

Toyota GT86 Drift Sprint with Keiichi Tsuchiya

Mon, 23 Jul 2012

The Toyota GT86 gets another dose of ‘Cheap Fun’ PR with the Drift Sprint competition featuring Keiichi Tsuchiya. Keiichi Tsuchiya is the ‘Drift King’ with his Toyota AE86 sliding and squirming in balletic slides as he makes it dance in a way cars just don’t. So it makes sense to get Keiichi Tsuchiya in to the driving seat of the new Toyota GT86 to show that an affordable sports car from Toyota can be a whole bunch of fun in ways that more powerful cars just aren’t.
