Payment
Payment Payment is due upon purchase. We accept PayPal, MC/Visa/Discover/AMEX (processed through PayPal). Most items are shipped within 1 business day, excluding weekends & holidays.   Any credit card payment must have the same billing address as the shipping address in the transaction. Billing and shipping address must match or the credit card payment will not go through.

For shipments to Wisconsin, USA addresses, we are required by State law to collect 5% Sales Tax.

Shipping

Handling Time: We ship most items within 1 business day, which excludes weekends and holidays. All Non-continental US shipments are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.

Address Verification: All ship-to addresses are taken from eBay, so please verify that your shipping address is correct before you complete payment. We will ship to the address in the eBay transaction only, and cannot change it once a transaction is paid for - no exceptions. Buyer is responsible for entering and confirming the correct address during checkout. The order will be processed using that address and any additional shipping charges to re-ship "non-deliverable" shipments are the buyer's responsibility. We ship many orders with the U.S. Post Office. If you have a PO Box, please include that address and a street address when you check out.

Combined Shipping: Because immediate payment is required, we are unable to combine multiple orders.  There is no combined shipping discount. 

International Buyers: Our shipping fees do not include any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. You are responsible for all fees. Because we are a business, we can not ship items as gifts and all values are reported as actual.

Customer Pickup: We do not have a retail location, so we are not setup for customer pickup.  Items cannot be picked up.

Tracking Numbers:  Tracking info will be available in your eBay transaction details, it may take up to 24 hours after item is marked "shipped" for tracking info to appear.  Tracking info is not always updated by the carrier at every stage of shipment, please be patient - if the tracking number appears, the item has been shipped.

 

Customer Service

Returns: There are no returns on this item, all sales are final. All claims for this item must be handled with the manufacturer.

Cancel/Change An Order: We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. Once an order has been paid for, we cannot cancel or change it - no exceptions.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is necessary in order to ship orders as fast as possible. Speaking at the 9-5 launch in Trollhättan, Saab bosses told CAR that the new 9-3 would be the first model to bear the true hallmarks of the new independent Saab since the Detroit divorce.GM sold Saab to Dutch entrepreneur Victor Muller's Spyker group in February 2010 for $78 million and an equity swap – meaning that the 9-5 was done and dusted by the time Saab had become independent. Next year's new 9-4X crossover, paired with and built alongside GM's Cadillac SRX and due in April 2011, is also largely finished.

BMW Concept 6 Series Coupe

The BMW Concept 6 Series Coupe appears to be a thinly-veiled version of the upcoming production version, due next year. Like the current model, it retains a 2+2 coupe layout and while its exterior styling may not be as shocking as its predecessor's on its unveiling in 2003, it marks an evolution of the current BMW language. Its face has a subtly evolved kidney grille and more drawn-back headlamps.

Toyota's offerings at Geneva 2012 The Toyota Yaris Hybrid, Toyota GT 86 and a new compact city car concept – the Toyota FT-Bh – will be at the Geneva Motor Show next month. Toyota has a stand full of cars to offer at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, with the European debut of the GT 86, the Yaris Hybrid, and the world debut of a new concept – the FT-Bh Concept. We already know the price of the Toyota GT 86 – a starting point of £25k – and we’ve seen the photos, so now all that’s left is to see the GT 86 in the flesh.
