PRODUCT DESCRIPTION


The exhaust manifolds found in the 2011-2015 Ford Mustang GT were designed to combine the exhaust gasses from each of the cylinders quickly with a manifold that was cost effective to produce. Our 4-1 Long Tube off-road headers are designed to allow the exhaust gasses to flow more freely from each 4 cylinder bank and combine in a more efficient manner. Tubing has been optimized for the 5.0L engine. This creates a reduction in cylinder backpressure and improved exhaust gas velocity. These improvements free up lost horsepower and torque. An added benefit is a more performance oriented exhaust sound.

    Just 1 of at least 10 Ferrari 458 Italia Fires Update 1/9/2010: It took Ferrari a while to catch up with our story – well, a couple of days – but they got there. Ferrari say the fires on the 458 Italia are caused by the glue attaching a heat shield catching fire under high temperatures. Which sounds extremely odd, but that’s the explanation.

    The Quant - back at Geneva as the NLV Quant Last week we ran a story on Koenigsegg taking somethig new to Geneva after we’d had a chat with them. But part of that story was on last year’s Koenigsegg Quant, a four-seat electric supercar we saw at Geneva 2009. At the time it was billed as a Koenigsegg Quant (although, as Koenigsegg pointed out to us, it was always a commission project) but now it’s set to return to Geneva 2010 as the NLV Quant.
