Stainless Steel 1.25" Worm Gear Clamp (18-32mm)

These Stainless Steel Worm Gear Clamps are perfect for replacement of all factory worm gear clamps. Especially suited to coolant lines or some intake/exhaust coupling, they can also be used for a wide variety of other projects.

Unlike some other clamps available, these are not marked with any company logo. The only marking is a small, convenient number telling you the clamping ability (in MM). Worm gear clamps have a very wide range of clamping ability compared to T-bolt and V-band clamps, giving you greater installation flexibility.

These clamps are only 0.5" wide, so they can be used in tight locations.
Unlike most auto parts store worm gear clamps, these are Stainless Steel, which means you can tighten them down significantly tighter AND they won't rust.
Screw is easy to tighten with either a socket or a flat head screwdriver.
Clean, shiny, and professional looking.

Actual clamping ability is 0.71" to 1.26".

Land Rover reveals Range Rover Hybrid at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show

Land Rover has launched the world's first posh diesel hybrid at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. The Range Rover Hybrid promises V8 diesel performance but with 25% lower CO2 emissions and economy of more than 44mpg. The new Range Rover Hybrid range actually goes on sale today, during the first press day of the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, with Land Rover delivering the first models in early 2014.

Nissan has announced a new version of its best selling Qashqai - the Nissan Qashqai n-tec But Nissan aren’t standing still with the Qashqai. They introduced the Qashqai+2 option to give seven seat capability to the Qashqai, and now they are beefing up option levels on the top of the range Tekna version, and introducing a new model – The Nissan Qashqai n-tec. The Qashqai n-tec slots in between the Tekna and the Acenta and brings a well-equipped extra version to the good handling compact SUV.

General Motors salutes Bob Lutz

General Motors gave a fitting send-off to now-retired vice chairman Bob Lutz on Tuesday in Detroit. Lutz officially hung it up on April 30 after more than five decades in the auto business. He was most recently an adviser and served an extended stint as GM's product boss.
