The Bonneville Jaguar XFR was piloted up Goodwood's Hillclimb by Wing Commander Andy Green There were two main highlights for Jaguar lovers at Goodwood – the first showing of the Goodwood Special XKR and the chance to see the Jaguar XFR that broke the Jaguar speed record at Bonneville last year (Jaguar XFR Bonneville Video). The Goodwood Special XKR is a one-off, Lime Green creation by Jaguar designed to show the harder side of the Jaguar XKR. It features 21″ wheels, the Lime Green paint job, bold graphics and tweaks to the XKR’s 5.0 litre V8 to give an extra 20 horses and a boost to the torque.

The McLaren F1 20th Anniversary photo - 21 McLarens together   Well, not quite 20 years ago today that Ron Dennis got his band to play, but it is 20 years this year since McLaren first brought together the team that was to create the mighty McLaren F1, which is cause for celebration. Classic Mercedes, Maserati cars win top honors at Amelia Island concours

Noted car collectors Sam and Emily Mann won their fourth Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance Best in Show award with a 1937 Mercedes-Benz 540K Special Roadster (with covered spare). This car is one of only three known to have been built. Originally shipped to the German embassy in Argentina, the Manns have owned the car for about 18 years.
