AHEAD of the forthcoming Budget, two major supermarket chains have announced a welcome fuel price cut. The first company to show its hand was Tesco, which has announced a reduction in its petrol and diesel by 1p a litre. Infiniti Q50 Executive – it’s for business users

Wed, 23 Oct 2013 00:00:00 -0700

Infiniti Q5 Executive – it’s for business users The new Infiniti Q50 (replacement for the old G37) was revealed at the Detroit Auto Show in January, prices for the Q50 were revealed in June (starts at £27,950) and comes in three trim levels – SE, Premium and Sport – but it seems there will be an additional trim option – the Infiniti Q50 Executive. With an eye to business sales in Europe, Infiniti has decided there needs to be a trim level aimed at business buyers (or those who do big miles), so they’re offering an Executive trim level for the 2.2 diesel version. As well as the normal equipment levels on the Q50 (which are pretty decent anyway) the Executive option gets, according to Infiniti, “One of the most advanced satellite navigation systems” plus some decent finance packages.

2014 Chevrolet Reaper bumps Silverado to 550 hp

Mon, 27 Jan 2014 00:00:00 -0800

It was only a matter of time before a Chevy Silverado decided to give the Ford Raptor a run for its money, in this case via noted tuner John Lingenfelter. The company announced its new Chevrolet Reaper project at the National Automotive Dealers Association last Friday. The 2014 Reaper is the result of a conversion kit that takes an average Silverado -- already a good truck -- and puts it on steroids, so to speak.
