PLEASE NOTE: we occasionally close our eBay Store the first 7 calendar days of the month to prepare Torqueflite parts for sale, prepare merchandise, restock and perform maintenance. You will still be able to contact us during the closure via eBay’s messaging system or via e-mail to us. Thanks, Pat
If you don’t see a Torqueflite part you need on our eBay Store, contact us with questions as we stock virtually all parts, particularly for the 1960-1965 types.
NOTE: manufactured in America by American workers!!
New, stamped steel deep-pan package for Torqueflite 727 used from 1966 and later in passenger cars and vans/light trucks; manufactured in North America. Package contains stamped steel deep pan (2-1/4” overall height), aluminum filter-extension/spacer, ‘O’ ring to seal filter-extension to valve body, 3 – filter-extension to-valve-body screws & washers, Dacron transmission oil filter, oil pan gasket and drain plug. Adds aprox. 1 quart fluid capacity to the Torqueflite over a stock pan plus the convenience of a drain plug. Another advantage of the stamped steel pan is it’s ability to dent when struck, but resist breakage (as the aluminum pans tend to do); easier to repair if necessary. Shipping cost is $ 26.52. eBay's new policy restricts e-mail addresses between buyers and sellers; contact us for technical information or pictures by substituting the "@" symbol for the "at" in the following: tflitepatty"at"comcast.net. Contact us for shipping costs to foreign countries. We ship purchases twice weekly, Wednesdays and Saturdays. NOTE: oil pan kits available for 1960-1965 TF-904 or TF-727, 1966+ TF-904; also available, filter extension kits for all years. We also carry most Torqueflite 727 & 904 “soft” parts in “open stock”, available by the piece (gaskets, seals, bushings, ‘O’ rings, clutch discs, steel plates, lip seals, bands, thrust washers, filters, metal sealing rings, etc.) or in “sub-kits” for single-function repair; most Torqueflite 727 & 904 “hard” parts also available. Aston Martin showrooms go Hi-Tec
Wed, 10 Dec 2008I’m not too sure it will help much with sales at the moment, but it has been announced that Aston Martin are to become the first company to use Microsoft’s Surface Device in UK Car showrooms. The Surface device is in essence a glitzy coffee table, with a built in PC running the new software from Microsoft. Based on the software Aston Martin currently uses on its website, the device allows the salesman to configure the car on a coffee table screen, with changes of colour and wheels showing on the screen.
