The Product: This item is a used 1992-Up Yamaha XJ600 Seca II Instrument Panel. We do not know if this instrument panel will fit any other years or models.

Research: We received this instrument panel as being labeled to fit a 1992-Up Yamaha XJ600 Seca II from a buyout that we did of a motorcycle salvage shop. Our parts manager inspected the instrument panel and stated that he believes it is correctly labeled.  We have no way to verify this information; therefore, we suggest that you compare your instrument panel to what you see in the pictures before purchasing it.

Layout of Pictures: The first picture is of the front of the instrument panel. The second picture is of the back of the instrument panel. The third and fourth picture is of damage. The fifth picture you can see where this was labeled as being off of a 1992-Up Yamaha XJ600 Seca II.

Condition: There are 27788.5 miles showing on the odometer.  The tripometer rolled the numbers when used. The speedometer was tested by taking an old speedometer cable end and inserting it into the speedometer and twisting the cable by hand. The speedometer needle moves. Unfortunately we are unable to check the accuracy of those components. Although the needles moved, we do not know if the instrument is accurate without mounting it on a bike. We currently do not have one of those bikes in stock. Since the indicator lights and gauges are electronic and we do not have a motorcycle to connect this to, we were unable to test those components. The condition is used. The connectors look good.   The trip reset works. The cowling is gouged and scratched on both sides as seen in the third and fourth pictures.  When you receive this item you can mount it on your motorcycle to make sure that it is functioning properly. If the item is not functioning properly and you are not satisfied, you can return it per our return policy which says that we will refund the purchase price only and you are responsible for all shipping cost both to and from.

We can only offer combined shipping for items purchased within a five day period. We will try to combine your items to reduce the shipping cost when practical; however we cannot combine heavy items with fragile items, multiple large items, etc. If you purchase multiple items and pay for them individually, within a few hours of each other, we will attempt to combine your order if practical. If an item has already been packaged for shipping and you purchase another item we will NOT repackage your items, they will ship separately. If there is a difference in the shipping cost we will issue you a partial refund. If you prefer we do NOT combine multiple items please contact us so we can inform our shipping department.

Shipping Quotes: If you are interested in purchasing multiple items and would like to know what your shipping amount will be before purchasing the items please use the “Ask Seller a Question” link and provide the following information: Items’ listing numbers and titles, quantities of each item you are interested in and where you would like the items shipped to. Buyers in the United States please provide your zip code, buyers in Canada please provide your postal code and all other buyers please state which country the items will be shipped to. All shipping quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

Automatic Invoicing: If an item is not paid for within three days of being purchased and we have not received any correspondence from you we will automatically send an invoice. If you have finished shopping please make your payment within 10 days of the purchase date. If you wish to purchase additional items please contact us and request a combined invoice before submitting your payment.

Handling Time: Items normally ship within one business day of your payment clearing; however if there is a problem with your shipping address, extreme weather conditions, etc. there may be a delay.

Tracking Information: Once our shipping department has generated your shipping label you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Shipping & Payment Terms for Buyers Located in the United States:

Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard, we do not accept personal checks. Payment must be received within 10 days of purchase or we will open a “Non Paying Bidder” dispute with eBay. If you pay with PayPal please verify your PayPal address is correct as we will only ship to the registered PayPal address. If you wish to pay with a credit card please call us at (302) 674-4990, Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). We will only ship to the credit card’s billing address. We will not make any exceptions in regards to shipping addresses and methods of payment which we accept.

Shipping Terms: During checkout you will often be given the option to choose between UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail shipping. If you have a P.O. Box address select USPS Priority Mail since UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you select UPS shipping and your PayPal account is a P.O. Box we will ship the item through USPS Priority Mail if the amount you have already paid for UPS shipping covers USPS Priority Mail shipping. If additional funds are required we will hold your order and send you a request for additional funds to ship the item via USPS Priority Mail.

USPS policy prohibits shippers from filing a missing package claim until 20 days have passed since the shipping label was generated; therefore we are unable to begin a claim until the 20 days have passed.

If you are interested in arranging alternate shipping methods such as overnight delivery, second day delivery, etc. please contact us via email prior to purchasing the item so we can verify if this is feasible. Please keep in mind we will NOT make alternate shipping arrangements over the phone; all correspondences must be made via email.

Shipping & Payment Terms for Buyers Located Outside the United States:

Payment Methods: We only accept PayPal payments for international orders, we will NOT make any exceptions to this policy! We will only ship to the address on your PayPal account, we will not ship to any other address. Payment must be received within 10 days of purchase or we will open a “Non Paying Bidder” dispute with eBay.

Shipping Terms: The only shipping method we utilize for international shipping is USPS International Priority Mail. Other sellers will utilize cheaper shipping methods; however these methods are slower and not as reliable or traceable as USPS International Priority Mail therefore we will NOT utilize them. We will NOT falsify information on customs forms, please do NOT ask. The purchase price of the item(s) purchased will be the amount displayed on the forms. Buyers are responsible for all import and customs fees.

USPS International Priority Mail is often delivered within 7-14 days; however this is not a guaranteed delivery time. If you have not received your item within 30 days please contact us so we can inquire about the package’s location. Our Guarantee:

After receiving your item(s) you have 14 days to inspect your order for damage, completeness and overall satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your order you are eligible to return it in accordance with our return policy:

• Our customer service email is noted on the invoice inside your package. Please email that department within 14 days of receiving your item to begin the return process.
• If your item is damaged please retain all of the packaging material, original shipping box and the item’s original packaging as the shipping provider may request photos of this material to investigate the damage claim.
• If you receive an item which is materially different (ie. the item received is a different color, design or completely different) than what was shown in the eBay listing please contact our customer service department at the email noted on your invoice so we can begin the return process and issue you a full refund once we receive and inspect the item.
• If the item is not materially different and you decide you do not want the item you purchased please retain the original packaging as the item MUST be returned to us in the same condition it was shipped. You are responsible to pay the return shipping cost and insure the item for the full purchase price. A $10.00USD restock fee will be deducted from your refund to cover eBay fees and processing.
