This listing is for an original old "Andrews Monogram Automatic" Air Brake DASH TAP UNIT and is fitted with a "Standard Coventry" Union Jack emblem porcelain enamel badge. The dash face has light and dark blue cloisonne or porcelain enamel and most of the parts appear to be chrome plated brass. It has a turn lever to the front and rear push-on fitting for an air pipe etc. The dash plate is 2 3/4" or 70 mm in overall width and the whole unit is about 4 7/16" or 112 mm in overall depth and weighs 450 g unpacked.

I assume this English accessory unit was available for vintage cars and could be modified to suit different marques with different monogram emblem being fitted. This example is fitted with the removable Standard Coventry emblem.

The unit is used but appears to be in overall excellent condition with just wear and aging to the plating and minor damage to the tip of the rear air tube fitting. The lever switch turns and the porcelain enamel is blemish free on both the dash plate and the removable Standard Coventry emblem.

A superb original example of this vintage accessory suit ideally suited to a Standard Coventry but probably also suitable for most marques of English vintage cars if emblem substituted.

Despite putting on more than 1,000 pounds, the F10's performance and fuel economy is still respectable. Overall length is up, but the interior space remains largely unchanged.

2013 Dodge Dart Teased Chrysler has resurrected a 1960s badge and taken the underpinnings of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta to create the 2013 Dodge Dart. The integration of Chrysler and Alfa Romeo is moving on, with the first Chrysler to be built on an Alfa platform arriving at Detroit Auto Show in January – the 2013 Dodge Dart. Chrysler has taken the Alfa Giulietta platform and made it bigger, creating a new platform for North America that is longer and wider than its Italian progenitor, and called it ‘Compact US Wide’ (CUSW).

It's a slammed, hot hatch vision of what the Kia Soul could become, were the Koreans brave enough to battle it out among the VW Golf GTIs and forthcoming Polo R pocket rockets. Conceived at Kia's Californian design studio, the Track'ster is designed as a road and track car.
