FOR SALE IS A VINTAGE HILBORN TIMING CHAIN COVER.  PART NUMBER PDC-4-1.  THIS ONE NEEDS A LITTLE TLC.  IT HAS 3 EXTRA HOLES FOR THE FUEL PUMP MOUNT AND 2 EXTRA HOLES IN THE FRONT FACE.  SEE PICTURES 1 AND 2.  THEIR IS ONE SMALL CRACK BY ONE OF THE MOUNTING HOLES AND ALSO SOME BREAK THRU JUST ABOVE THE HOLE CAUSED BY THE TIMING CHAIN.  SEE THE 3RD PICTURE.  LASTLY SOME CHAIN RASH THAT CAN BE SEEN IN PICTURES 8 AND 9.  SOME SAY THESE ARE MAGNESIUM OTHERS SAY ALUMINUM YOU BE THE JUDGE.  A GOOD TIG WELDER SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIX EITHER OR WITH NO PROBLEM.  IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK OR CALL 330-354-8989.

Button Confirmed For Festival Of Speed

IT’S BEEN announced that 2009 Formula 1 World Champion Jenson Button will return to the Goodwood Festival of Speed on June 26-29, where he is expected to provide one of the event’s star attractions. Button is no stranger to the Festival of Speed and has attended 14 times previously, driving machinery as diverse as a 1970 Can-Am McLaren M8D, a P1 supercar and Alain Prost’s 1986 title-winning grand prix car. This year, McLarens attending the event include M23, MP4/2 and MP4-26 Formula 1 machines.
