The new Kia Sorento – debuts at Paris 2014 The 2015 Kia Sorento is being rolled out a bit at a time as Kia try to garner as many column inches for their new SUV as possible. The new Sorento was actually revealed a few weeks ago, but there were just a couple of photos of the new Kia and limited details. But now, with a debut at the Paris Motor Show in just over a month, Kia have been more forthcoming with detail and photos.

After the second press day of the Paris Motor Show, designers made their way to Le Cab nightclub for the announcement of InteriorMotives Student Design Awards 2004 winners. Over 500 atttendees included leading automotive designers, design managers and top executives from automakers, independent designers and design studio personnel, as well as Tier 1 and 2 suppliers. This annual competition gives the opportunity for students to submit their work for viewing by a prolific file of judges.

Rural motorists pay price at pumps

RURAL MOTORISTS are beginning to feel petrol price pressure at the pumps again, according to the AA. Average UK petrol prices went back above 130p a litre at the end of April and continue to hover around that level. But the AA said that a war in which supermarkets have pitted vouchers against rock-bottom pump prices means the cheapest petrol in many big towns and cities is at year-lows of just under 126p.
