McGovern currently leads Land Rover's advanced design department, a think-tank examining the future look and concept of the firm's 4x4s. Police advocate 'role reversal' for cyclists and truckers

Metropolitan Police commissioner Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe said drivers and cyclists need to think about how they use the road.
