Shipping Information:

We make every attempt to mail your package promptly on the same day or next day after receiving your payment, however, we reserve the right to mail your package within 1-3 days. We do not ship packages on Saturday and Sunday. If you need your package sooner write us or choose USPS Express mail.

Domestic - We ship via United States Post Office (USPS) Priority Mail arriving 1-4 days and Express Mail 1-2 days (during holidays and weekends allow an extra day or two for your package to arrive.)

International Customers - We ship worldwide via USPS International and Express. Please note we make every attempt to ship promptly upon sale however, we control any delays by your Country at the Customs office. Buyer is responsible for additional fees such as customs, tariff, port, etc.

Return Policy

If the item you purchased was misrepresented by us or damaged in shipping, you can obtain a full refund. To get a full refund, you must call or email us within 14 business days of receiving your item. Returns require our approval and return authorization and must be returned to us before we can issue your refund.

If you changed your mind and do not want your item, we can authorize you to return it for a refund of the cost of the item, not including shipping. We will not accept returns in cases when the condition of the item and/or retail packaging has been compromised, changed, modified or altered. No items will be refunded when returned with smoke, animal hair. Must be same condition as sent to receive a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and is required to complete a “Mutual Agreement to Cancel the Transaction Form” through eBay. 

Please Note: You will need to provide us with a physical address. We ship via USPS normally however if we choose to use UPS they do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Local Pickups: 

Returned items that were picked up locally we retain the option to charge a processing and restocking fee of 10% of the sales price of the item. No restocking fee will be charged in cases where it is found HarleyRose did not describe accurately the listing description. 

14 Days: 

Returns will not be accepted beyond 14 business days after the item has been delivered to or picked up by the buyer.

Please Note: Items shipped to a US address which are then forwarded internationally, need to be inspected thoroughly by the buyer BEFORE forwarding. Once they are shipped internationally, we will not offer any support if items are damaged in transit. If the item is listed incorrectly, the return shipping charges would only be covered within the United States, and only if we are notified within the 14 day return policy period.
