We mentioned the other day when we were talking about the handling pack for the Ferrari 599 (the HTGE Pack) that Ferrari was also bringing a new car to Geneva – the Ferrari 599XX. We speculated that the 599XX would be in the mould of the FXX series – a track-only development car for uber-rich enthusiasts to drive on track and generate feedback for Ferrari. And that’s what it is!

Carr has always prided itself on ad-free pages and continual focus on the future of car design but to do this needs some help from its readers as the team looks to improve its circulation and bolster content. BMW builds its first MPV! Official pics of BMW Active Tourer leaked

These leaked pictures reveal the first of a new generation of front-wheel-drive BMWs – the production version of the firm’s 2012 Concept Active Tourer show car. Yes, it’s the first-ever BMW MPV. While instantly recognisable as a descendent of last year’s concept car, the production version of the people carrier seen here features a stubbier nose and reshaped bonnet, as well as losing the show car’s oversized wheels and complex wing mirrors.
