Since there's more out there than we'd ever be able to cover, here's our daily digest of car stuff on the Web you may not otherwise have heard about. -- The Edsel didn't win many style awards as a passenger car, but how do you feel about it as a piece of heavy construction equipment?

Drivers living in their vans

BRITAIN'S van drivers have admitted to turning their vans into mobile bedrooms as they spend more time in their vans than at home. In a survey of the country’s van drivers, 11% admitted to using their van as a bedroom for convenience. A further 31% said they used their van as an office, while half of all van drivers take their tea break in their work vehicle.

Lexus LF-Ch – the front

The sporty ISs is a fairly good drive, and the IS Convertible is a decent alternative for a 4 seat drop-top as long as you don’t want to thrash the car to the edge of its limits.
