1946 '47 Ford dash part. Passenger side, goes over glove box. Big hole is for clock and small hole is for glove box push button lock. All 5 threaded mounting holes are intact. Threads are good. It appears to have been sanded down for resurfacing. Sold as is. I ship lower 48 only and expect payment in 3 days. Paypal only. Good luck.
