Finding the right parts to keep your classic car genuine, and in good running order, can be a nightmare.

Even though you search through catalogs, books, magazines and the Internet, attend swap meets and car shows and trade parts in owners clubs and associations, it still can become next to impossible to obtain the correct parts.
Or to be certain that they will actually fit your car when you do find them.

This is a complete original section from an  New Old Stock Interchange Manual, which  was published  in 1982 for use by professional repair shops and wrecking yards. These pages show exactly which mechanical and body parts will interchange between all the models and variants listed here.

These are 35 very useful pages for Opel restorers, owners and enthusiasts.

The information contains:

  • A general information section with identification numbers and photos of different models.
  • An index section with a listing of parts for: engine, electrical, brakes & wheels, steering & suspension, axle & driveshaft, cooling & fuel, body parts and clutch & transmission. All of these parts are assigned an "Interchange Number".
  • An interchange section. This section lists all the aforementioned interchange numbers and all the different models using that part.
  • Several pages of illustrations, which assist in identification and assembly.
  • Covers 1964 to1979 Opel (and Isuzu versions) sports cars, 4 and 2 door coupes, sedans and station wagons. Covers the following models: Kadett, 1900, Manta, Rallye and Luxus, Isuzu and Opel GT.

You are purchasing the ORIGINAL pages, which are in BRAND NEW condition.

    Wed, 09 Feb 2011

Suzuki Swift S-CONCEPT Suzuki ended up giving us a bit of detail on the 2011 Swift back in June last year. But their hand had been forced by a leak of photos, so they dribbled out that bit more than the leak did to negate its impact. But by September Suzuki were ready to reveal the all-new, 2011 Suzuki Swift.

NLV Quant – née Koenigsegg Quant – at Geneva

    Thu, 25 Feb 2010

The Quant - back at Geneva as the NLV Quant Last week we ran a story on Koenigsegg taking somethig new to Geneva after we’d had a chat with them. But part of that story was on last year’s Koenigsegg Quant, a four-seat electric supercar we saw at Geneva 2009. At the time it was billed as a Koenigsegg Quant (although, as Koenigsegg pointed out to us, it was always a commission project) but now it’s set to return to Geneva 2010 as the NLV Quant.

Audi R18 TDI (2011): first pictures of the new Le Mans racer

    Mon, 13 Dec 2010

This is the new Audi R18, Ingolstadt’s latest LMP1 endurance racer which will compete in the 2011 Le Mans 24 Hours. Compared to its R15 predecessor, the new Audi R18 has gained a roof and the mandatory-for-2011 ‘shark fin’ engine cover, but it’s lost four cylinders – the R18 is powered by a turbocharged V6. It is – like the R10 and R15, the R18 is an oil-burner.
