I have a used/re-machined GM 3782870 Bare Block dated L74= December 7, 1964. This block has a fresh 4.056 bore, needs finish honed to make a 4.060, has some wear around top ring as shown in pics. Has been magna-fluxed, baked, blasted, line honed, bored and decked. Has original main bolts from factory. Cam bearings, freeze plugs, and galley plugs have been installed. Great restoration starting point. I am listing this as a pickup only in Hulbert, OK, but if you need it shipped I will FedEx freight ship it at your expense. After auction closes please let me know if you need a freight quote. I will deliver to freight service free of charge, so no pickup fee, but you will be responsible for freight charge upon delivery. Any other questions feel free to ask. The auction is going to start at $0.01 and I have a small reserve. If you get the block and are unsatisfied, I have a 14 day return policy no exceptions, that means from the day of delivery confirmation you have 14 days to message me about a return and you are responsible for shipping back to me per Ebay policy, on the 15th day after confirmation the item is will be unavailable for a return. Thank you, happy bidding!!!

Saab: China’s Youngman submits new $2 billion offer

Mon, 20 Feb 2012

Youngman is committed to acquiring Saab The founder of China’s Youngman - Pang Qingnian – has revealed Youngman submitted a $2 billion offer to buy Saab from the administrators on 14th February. We’ve all seemingly written-off Saab as dead and buried; a once proud marque consigned to the scrap heap of history after the debacle of GM ownership and Victor Muller’s ill-fated battle to make Saab an in dependent marque. But there’s one man who hasn’t given up hope of securing a future for Saab, and that man is the Chinese billionaire founder of Youngman, the company which has already spent significant sums trying to acquire Saab, but has so far been thwarted by GM’s golden bullet.
