Descriptions are the best I can describe and at time pictures are hard to represent this listing.  Unless stated, this part is not new and if you need new, please purchase the new part.  I relist many of the same parts and pics may not represent the actual listing but the description does.  I indicate no returns but with huge issues I will refund or take parts back if indeed it is the fault of my inaccurate listing.  Please shop other items in my store or if you have a special need purchase contact me as I have many more parts not currently listing and that inventory changes daily.  At times I guesstimate shipping and don’t intend to profit from the shipping charges and sometimes I’m a bit over or under on the shipping on this discounted item which is already a great deal. I take great care in packing the listing so no damage will occur, often times due to size of the part custom made packaging is required. I will ship International via the United States Postal Service Express or priority with insurance and delivery confirmation/registered when possible and mail along with a $10.00 charge for customs form completion. Please contact me prior to bidding or purchasing for an estimate of shipping as I will not ship unless Pay Pal funds are received to cover the shipping costs.     Please note that the USPS less expensive service (Parcel Post, First Class) is typically 5-11 days within the lower 48 and First Class is 2-3 weeks outside of the United States where available.   The posted delivery guidelines are just that – guidelines and some packages may take longer than others and some may be delivered in less than that time frame.  Understand we are both at the mercy of the USPS and their volume of deliveries.  My only bad shipping ratings were due to the USPS and their delivery schedule and given by an impatient and ignorant purchaser. I ship same or next day typically although the listing says 3-4 days for handling.   Please don’t  give negative ratings for a service we both rely on.   If you desire an express service, notify me and I will quote and/or invoice accordingly.
