Selling a fun replica poster of the 1985 Honda ATC full product advertisement that appeared in Dirtwheels, 3 Wheeling, 3&4 Wheel Action and ATV News. Shows the donkey!

Shows the full product line of ATC's and ATV's from 1985 - including the 250sx, 250r, atc 70, 110, 125m, 110, 200x, 200m, 200s, Big Red and two TRX  (the 125 and 250) models.

Measures appx 19"x13"

Text reads: "Name the one ATV that Honda didn't produce" - and it shows that awesome little  pack mule. Good stuff.

This is a full color poster and it looks great. Printed on photo paper. Measures approximately 13"x18" - its not that much bigger than the two page spread, but is slightly more so than in the mags.

I had a few of these made up to give to friends and have a few extras left over. I am NOT selling them to make money.

But they are a fun old throwback to the pictures I, and many others, all had on my wall as a kid.

Lamborghini 5-95 Zagato is a one-off special at Villa d’Este (video)

Mon, 26 May 2014

The Lamborghini 5-95 Zagato (pictured) meets the crowds at Villa d’Este Zagato creations of Lamborghini cars are nothing new and have been around as long as Lamborghini has – fifty years or so – so the Lamborghini 5-95 Zagato isn’t a ground-breaking collaboration, even if it’s an interesting creation, and it’s nice to add it to the 1965 Lamborghini 3500 GTZ and Lamborghini Zagato Raptor as Zagato takes on a Lambo. The one-off 5-95 Zagato is based on the underpinnings of the (now defunct) Lamborghini LP570-4 and commissioned by collector Albert Spiess to showcase Zagato’s ability and to celebrate the 95th anniversary of Lamborghini. Spiess already owns a number of Zagato models – including the Aston Martin V8 Zagato and Aston Martin V12 Zagato – but Zagato has gone a bit6 further with the design of the 5-95 and created a car that looks little like the LP570-4 using the principles of functionalism and rationalism, apparently.

Holden restores its futuristic 1969 Hurricane concept car

Wed, 19 Oct 2011

Holden, General Motors' Australian subsidiary, has resurrected its first-ever concept car: the 1969 Hurricane, packed with then-futuristic technology, some of which wouldn't make its way into production cars for more than a decade. When it was first revealed, the mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive, two-seat sports car showcased in-your-dreams innovations such as a rearview camera, a magnet-based navigation system, automatic air conditioning, electronic displays and a station-seeking radio. Holden designers started restoring the Hurricane concept--code-named RD 001--in 2006, using as many of the original parts as possible.
