THIS IS A GOOD LOWER PIVOT SECTION FROM A 1985 MERCURY L-DRIVE.  IT HAS BEEN GLASS BEADED, CHECKED FOR CRACKS, PRIMED WITH MARINE GRADE PRIMER, AND PAINTED WITH MARINE GRADE PAINT.  THERE WERE NO CRACKS IN THE PIVOT HOLES OR ANYWHERE ELSE.  THIS PIECE IS EXTREMELY RARE, VERY HARD TO FIND, AND NO LONGER MADE.  IF YOU HAVE AN L-DRIVE AND NEED ONE, OR JUST WANT A SPARE, IT WON'T GET ANY CHEAPER THAN THIS.  I AM TRYING TO CLEAN OUT AN CLOSE MY STORAGE LOCKER, SO MY LOSS IS YOUR GAIN.  THIS L-DRIVE, I BELIEVE WAS A 140 hp, BUT I DON'T THINK IT REALLY MAKES ANY DIFFERENCE AS FAR AS THE LOWER UNIT GOES.  I HAVE OVER 200 LISTINGS ON E-BAY, SO PLEASE VIEW MY OTHER AUCTIONS.  ALSO, CHECK OUT MY FEEDBACK AND YOU WILL SEE THAT I AM A HONEST SELLER.  I TRY TO DESCRIBE MY ITEMS AS ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE.  I ALSO TRY TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

However hard we try at Cars UK to tell you what a car is like, and endless photos to show you every angle and nuance in the design, it’s still a narrow experience. Video gets much closer and you get a good feel for a car by watching a video.
