Michelin Challenge Design Selects Designs for 2009 NAIAS
Tue, 16 Sep 2008The Michelin Challenge Design Jury met in July at Art Center College of Design and selected the designs that will be displayed next January at the 2009 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) at the Cobo Center in Detroit. The entrants were challenged to create vehicles in support of the central theme ‘BRAVE+BOLD'; America's Next Iconic Vehicle. The designs were evaluated for uniqueness, emotional appeal, design courage and technical execution.
Infiniti M Line (2010/2011) – M37 & M30d – at Geneva +video
Mon, 22 Feb 2010Infiniti are debuting the Infiniti M Line at the Geneva Motor Show Back in December Nissan released a heap of detail on their range-topping Infiniti – the Infiniti M Line – aimed at European buyers of the 5 Series and E Class. But sadly for us we’re not going to get the real halo Infiniti M Line – the M56 – instead we have to make do with the 3.7 litre V6 petrol – the M37 – and the 3.0 litre diesel – the M30d. We will be getting the M35 hybrid later, but that doesn’t look as if it’s Geneva bound.
Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse (2012) revealed
Wed, 22 Feb 2012This is the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse, and it’s quite possibly the world’s fastest convertible. It will be unveiled at the Geneva motor show in March 2012. Effectively the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse is what you get when you cross the open-top body of the Veyron Grand Sport with the monstrous 1183bhp powertrain of the Veyron Super Sport.
