Up for auction is a brand new, unused, set of high quality OEM style automotive floor mats. I ordered these for my 1991 LS400 but upon receiving them I realized they are too light and clean looking for my 25 year old carpet.
Note that these are OEM style custom made and fit perfectly in the 1990 to 1994 LS400. Includes front and rear mats and are cut to the correct shape of the LS400 floor pan. I have tried to capture the true color of these mats in the pictures. I ordered these straight from Lloyds Mats in Northridge CA at a price of $120. Looking to pass these along to a fellow LS owner. Lloyds color is known as "Linen" and is a very light colored tan. Should make any original 1900 to 1994 LS400 interior look fresh and new. I'll also sweeten the pot by shipping them to you for free, anywhere in the continental U.S. International buyers will pay actual shipping cost plus any import taxes due. Returns: I'll take them back within 14 days of your receipt if you don't like them BUT only if they are not actually used i.e. soiled. Play it safe and look at them through the clear plastic wrapping before taking them out and using them. Soiled, stained, or otherwise used looking returns will not be accepted. BMW is an official sponsor for the 2012 London Olympics – just in case you’ve been in a cave for the last couple of years – and are focusing supplying on low emission cars cars to transport the mass of Olympic bods round London this summer. That means there will be no plutocratic 7 Series of ‘let’s get there quick’ M5s on offer and instead the Olympic great and good will have to do with a fleet of cars with a green halo.

Thu, 20 Jun 2013LATEST UPDATE Mercedes-Benz’s AMG performance car off-shoot has kicked off public road tests of its eagerly awaited new sportscar, which is planned to go on sale in North America in early 2015. Smaller and more affordable than the existing SLS AMG, which the new two door liftback will indirectly replace in the German car maker’s line-up, the new car is planned to compete directly with the Porsche 911, both on price and performance. The coupe model, caught here exiting AMG’s engineering headquarters on the outskirts of Stuttgart in Germany yesterday in the first round of durability testing, will proceed a convertible version of the front-engined, rear-wheel drive sportscar due out in 2016, with an expected price tag of around $100,000 in the US.

When we revealed that the US price for the new Toyota Prius plug-in was 36 per cent more than a regular Prius, we did hope that price increase would apply to the UK too. Because if Toyota were to do the same in the UK, the plug-in Prius would have come in – after the taxpayer very generously chipped in a £5k subsidy for ‘eco’ cars – at a ‘buy’ price in the UK around £2.5k more than the non plug-in Prius.
