This is a brand new well-detailed 1993 (1987,1988,1989,1990,1991,1992 similar) Ford MUSTANG LX Coupe Highway Patrol State Police die-cast collectible. It was made in 1:64 scale by the Mattel Company as part of the Matchbox SSP Police series and is nicely detailed including proper trim and authentic wheels/tires. Drink-drive advert breaks new ground
Tue, 24 Dec 2013A NEW TELEVISION ADVERT to warn of the dangers of drink-driving is the first ever to deliberately use a drunken presenter. In the advert, an actor who was recorded the evening before having taken several alcoholic drinks is heard to slur, stumble and giggle as he tries to describe how is body feels in reaction to the alcohol. However, the film shows the same actor the next day when he appears sober but his body is still dealing with the alcohol.
Audi tracks down the last Horch
Fri, 27 Nov 2009The last Horch built, found in the middle of Texas It’s been looking likely for a while that now VW has taken control of Porsche it may decide to rebrand the VW Group as Auto Union. Auto Union was the root of Audi, and was formed in the ’30s when Audi, Horch, DKW and Wanderer joined forces to become Auto Union and pool their resources to cope with the depression (sound familiar?). Which might explain why Audi has been scouring the planet for rare cars from its Auto Union days.
Ferrari releases teaser image of Enzo successor

Of the 288 GT0, F40, F50, Enzo and its upcoming successor, Ferrari Technical Director Roberto Fedeli says, “Let's refer to them as our 'specials.' " That works for us. In a day and age when a Porsche Boxster S delivers performance on a par with yesterday's supercars, that particular appellation seems to have lost much in the way of meaning.
