Up for auction here I have a 2012 FLTRXSE White Gold Pearl / Star Fire Black outer fairing. This Fairing is in like new condition, with no visible flaws. The only reason I say "visible" is because there are a couple places where the well nuts go into the fairing to hold the windshield, there are small black spots around the hole. When the wellnuts were removed during removal of the windsheild the paint stuck to them, none of these can be seen when the fairing is installed with the windshield on it. Other than these small imperfection this fairing is flawless, I'd give it a 9.99 out of 10. This fairing was removed in favor of a custom fabbed fairing, no issues with the original. Perfect for a paint upgrade, or for an insurance free repair on your ride. It will be shipped in the correct container that Harley uses to ship fairings, free shipping to the lower 48 USA is included in the auction price. If you need any additional pics or have any questions feel free to ask. Thanks for looking, and good luck.

Vauxhall Meriva – the interior

Mon, 18 Jan 2010

The interior of the 2010 Vauxhall Meriva A couple of weeks ago Vauxhall revealed the details on the new Vauxhall Meriva and sent us a heap of pictures. Probably the biggest stand-out was the carry-over of the suicide doors from the original Meriva Concept (which we do have reservations about) but overall the new Meriva does look a more than half-decent car. But one thing Vauxhall didn’t do was release any pictures of the interior.

New Peugeot 208 production cut as sales disappoint

Tue, 09 Oct 2012

Peugeot is cutting back on production of the new 208 as its sales fail to reach expectations, just six months on from launch. It’s not enough when Europe is ion the midst of an economic crisis and car buyers are polarised between ‘budget’ cars that offer more for less than mainstream offerings and ‘Premium’ models that are bought on the back of a preconceived notion of more kudos. That leaves car makers like Peugeot (and Renault, Citroen, Vauxhall, Ford, Opel, Fiat…) between a rock and a hard place, unable – or unwilling – to compete with the offerings from Korea and saddled with a brand that doesn’t have the ‘class’ of an Audi or a BMW or a Mercedes or even a VW.
