Payment

Overstock Outlet accepts several forms of payment:

  • Paypal is the preferred form of payment.
  • Other payment forms accepted when local pickup arrangements are made in advance.

Shipping

Overstock Outlet uses USPS, and UPS for our shipping.

Standard Shipping will use USPS or UPS Ground (our choice for larger/heavier items), which includes online tracking.  We may also use a program that combines UPS pickup & shipping with USPS local delivery. In this case, there will be a carrier tracking number available, but your package will be delivered by your local postal service. This allows us to ship to P.O. Boxes via UPS.

International Shipping is done via USPS Priority International to give our customers the lowest possible price with timely delivery and required tracking.

International Buyers Please Note:

  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
  • We do not mark merchandise values below value (price purchased) or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

All shipments are insured and include online tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your purchase has been packed, labeled, and is ready for carrier pickup. UPS tracking begins almost immediately following pickup, USPS tracking generally begins the evening of the day of pickup.  Some shipments will require signature for delivery (if you require signature delivery, please contact us before purchase).  Since we pack shipments all day (Mon-Fri), some purchases will be packed and labeled on one day but not picked up until the next.  We have limited control over when our carriers pick up their packages.

Overstock Outlet wants your purchase from us to be great. Please read entire listing for all information. Our items are visually checked to the best of our ability, with all items sold As-Is and with no warranty or guarantee for fitness for any purpose. If you have a problem with a product that is defective with no fault of the purchaser (has not been installed or otherwise used), we will ask you to ship the product back at your cheapest expense and your purchase price will be returned. No shipping fees will be returned. All returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

If there is a problem and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before you leave negative feedback. Feedback is a very serious matter to us. Feedback threats will be reported immediately to eBay representatives.  Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:30am to 4pm, US Central Time - inquiries placed outside those hours may take longer to receive a reply.

Please buy with confidence. Overstock Outlet is a reputable company with retail locations with thousands of buyers weekly and an online store that has had several thousand successful transactions this year alone.

Renault Frendzy concept (2011) first official pictures

Thu, 07 Jul 2011

Renault has revealed its new 66bhp electric city vehicle – the Frendzy – and in true concept car style it features non-symmetrical doors (think Mini Clubman) and a TV screen instead of a rear window on the other side (think Pimp My Ride…). This is the 'Work' instalment of new styling chief Laurens van den Acker's series of concept cars showing the different sides of Renault design. It's also a hint of the new Kangoo. Not a great start then.
