I do ship international, but once the package leaves my hands, I have no control over customs charges, delivery delays, or your postal service's inability to deliver your package. I do add a small handling fee to all international shipments. Import duties, taxes, and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what these additional costs will be and make sure this item may enter your country legally (I will not ship illegal items).

I do accept returns. But not if the complaint was addressed in the description or questions (such as in description I explained defect, I will not accept return due to that defect). Please read description carefully and ask questions before bidding.
