Up for auction is a used tachometer RPM gauge from a 1975 CB550, pretty good shape, wires sticking out of back, light rust on the edges.
I was originally going to completely restore the bike, but ran out of money & time, so I'd like for someone else to get some use out of the good parts available. As with other auctions of the same category, this item does not have any warranty implied, and is sold as-is. Fri, 09 Sep 2011Eterniti Hemera - it's a titivated Porsche Cayenne We did speculate from the start that the new car company that is Eterniti Motors is in fact a high-end customiser, and that its first ‘new’ car – the Eterniti Hemera – is just a customised Porsche Cayenne. And so it is. Eterniti has release the first photos of the Hemera ahead of its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show, and at first view it could just as easily be a new Cayenne from Gemballa or Merdad.
BMW i3 caught testing in New York
Tue, 28 May 2013BMW has been hyping its futuristic i lineup for years now, but the long lead time doesn't mean that the highly efficient, carbon-fiber-based vehicles are vaporware. Earlier this month, we test drove pre-production versions of the i3 and i8, and last week, Autoweek reader Frank Cogliano spied the former vehicle on the road. Cogliano caught this wrapped i3 near Stony Point, New York -- about 30 minutes from BMW's New Jersey headquarters.
Honda Civic Tourer shown ahead of Frankfurt motor show reveal
Mon, 12 Aug 2013Honda has shown its new Civic Tourer just ahead of its reveal at the Frankfurt motor show in September. Designed by Honda's European design studios, the Civic Tourer is expected to go on sale in Europe in early 2014. The Civic Tourer will be available with either the Earth Dreams 1.6 i-DTEC diesel engine or the 1.8 i-VTEC gas engine when arrives, along with a manual or automatic transmission.
