Jag GT3 racer hints at 500bhp XKR

But the big news is that its uprated V8 engine is bound for a roadgoing XKR, to propel Jaguar up the power league and into the realm of Merc's 510bhp SL55 AMG and BMW's 500bhp M6. LyonHeart K Jaguar E-Type production increased

Classic Factory is building the Lyonheart K – an E-Type Jaguar for the 21st century – and is increasing production numbers and adding a convertible. It started out as the E-Type Growler and then became the Lyonheart K. And whatever its name it’s still a recreation of the iconic Jaguar E-Type in the mould of the Eagle E-Type Speedster.

Button: I over-reacted at Hamilton

JENSON BUTTON has conceded to an over-reaction in his criticism of Lewis Hamilton following Sunday's German Grand Prix. Button initially claimed Hamilton's performance at Hockenheim to be "strange" as his former McLaren team-mate was involved in a trio of minor collisions en route to finishing third from 20th on the grid. One of those involved Button at the hairpin as an attempt by Hamilton to pass culminated in the latter losing the front-wing endplate from his Mercedes.
