THE RUBBER IS SOFT AND PILABLE AND THE BLADES ARE NEW AND NEVER BEEN INSTALLED IN A VEHICLE.. ANY ?????? PLEASE ASK, AND CHECK OUT MY OTHER ITEMS FOR BID....THANKS.
