Used ARC RT-459A Transponder removed from airplane many years ago and have been sitting on a shelf ever since. Was working when removed, but have no way of checking operation now, so I have listed as parts or not working.
Unit is a 14v transponder as stated on sticker. If installed in a 28v system, you will have a dropping resistor install on back of the rack. If you have any questions, please contact me thru ebay. Thanks, Jim |

Map-reading driver gets ban and hefty fine
Thu, 29 May 2014AN ELDERLY driver has been fined more than £1,000 and banned for a year after he was caught reading a map at the wheel. Peter John Rigby, 73, of Beamsley in Skipton, North Yorkshire, was captured by police cameras flicking through an atlas for at least 10 seconds while driving his Honda Jazz on March 4. The car caught the attention of a camera operator when it began to wander across the white line of the overtaking lane.
