Wolfgang Bernhard will take key post at Mercedes-Benz

Wolfgang Bernhard will take a key role at Daimler AG's Mercedes-Benz Cars unit, the company said today. Bernhard will join Daimler's management board with responsibility for Mercedes-Benz Cars' production and procurement and for the Mercedes-Benz vans division, a statement said. Bentley to show Hybrid Concept at Beijing motorshow

Bentley is using the Beijing motor show to reveal the Bentley Hybrid Concept. It will preview the company's first plug-in model, with the powertrain expected in a Bentley SUV debuting in 2017. The technology will be demonstrated in Beijing on the flagship Bentley Mulsanne.
