I ordered this new and used it for 3 weeks, then i uninstalled it and went with efi live for bigger tunes.
The bully dog does really well, good power tunes, i just wanted bigger to go with my built transmission.

It was set back to stock programming so it is NOT VIN LOCKED.

Works on 99-15 Powerstroke
And 03-15 Cummins
Also.

A great tuner for any diesel, looks like new, like i said i only used it 3 weeks.
You will not be disappointed.
