The hot version of its A1 city car will be powered by the turbocharged 2.0-litre engine used in the Audi S3, and come with four-wheel drive as standard. Britain has busiest roads in Europe

According to the figures, there are 77 vehicles per kilometre of road in Britain – 76% higher than the European average. Compare that to Norway, where there are just 29 vehicles per kilometre.
