Provides comprehensive review of automobile including: Vital Statistics (top speed, acceleration performance, engine vitals, list price, etc…), Behind the Wheel driving impressions, Vehicle Dimensions, Development Milestones, Under the Skin engine and chassis review, Nose to Nose performance comparison to rival vehicles, etc, etc……Vivid Hi-Res photos and graphics makes for great all around reading. 4 panel/4 page sheet unfolds to 9” x 16” overall, suitable for framing. McLaren F1 debuted 20 years ago this week
Wed, 30 May 2012It’s 20 years this week since the iconic McLaren F1 made its debut at The Sporting Club in Monte Carlo. There were many reasons why we thought McLaren would preview the new F1 to a select audience at last week’s Monaco Grand Prix, not least of which was that it’s 20 years since the first McLaren F1 was revealed to a select audience in the Principality. But it was not to be.
Hyundai i30 three-door Paris 2012 Debut
Fri, 14 Sep 2012Hyundai has revealed the three door version of the new i30 ahead of a debut at the 2012 Paris Motor Show. The new Hyundai i30 range continues to grow with the i30 3-door joining the 5-door hatch and i30 Tourer, and bringing with it a more stylish look. The 3-door i30 – we want to call it the i30 Coupe – gets a sharply-raked beltline and a more angular glasshouse with longer front doors, and looks a lot more sleek than its five-door sibling.
Hyundai Veloster Turbo gets 400bhp
Tue, 16 Oct 2012Hyundai in the US has created a Veloster for this year’s SEMA show – the Hyundai Velocity – with a 400bhp Cosworth makeover. SEMA show cars are always extreme and always completely over the top, but they do show just what can be done with mainstream cars when car makers are let off the leash of marketing constraints. This year Hyundai is out playing, and as well as creating a Genesis Coupe with Cosworth power they’ve also taken the new Hyundai Veloster Turbo and created a 400bhp monster SEMA car.
