This is a rebuildable carburetor core correct for a 1969 Chevy Corvette 350/350HP & Chevelle 350/325 HP 4 speed transmission. Carb number 7029207-2297 date code.  Parts may be missing. This carburetor must be serviced / rebuilt before it can be used. I try to check all my carbs to make sure the throttle , choke ,pump & metering rods are free . And the fuel inlet threads are good so I can tell you before you buy. ( This carburetor HAS BEEN OPENED . Parts are missing , power valve ,metering rods linkage ) (Choke parts missing ). But the fuel inlet threads are GOOD & over all it looks to be a good core.  But sometimes things get past me so look close and ask questions before buying. Sold as-is no warranty. Thanks

Bob Lutz reportedly to stay on at General Motors

Bob Lutz, General Motors vice chairman and internationally renowned product guru, has reversed his retirement plans and is expected to stay with the remade car company as it charts a new path out of bankruptcy. Multiple media outlets are reporting Lutz, 77, has changed course and will not retire from GM at the end of the year as he had planned. Automotive News, citing anonymous sources, says the veteran industry leader will stay on at the company, possibly in a marketing or communications role--and could have product input.

This year's Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este took place over the weekend of 23-35 May. Bathed in spring sunshine, the lawns of the Grand Hotel Villa d'Este played host to the annual gathering of 50 of the world's finest classic and concept cars, and 35 motorbikes. Sadly, clashing commitments meant that CDN couldn't jet down to Lake Como this year.
