SEAT Leon FR+ Supercopa SEAT UK has launched a special edition Leon – the SEAT Leon FR+ Supercopa - with a new sporty look and extra features. Last year we got the SEAT Leon FR+ bolted on to the Leon range in the UK as a top of the range Leon aimed at extracting a bit more from Leon customers, 25 per cent of whom were already opting for the previous range topper, the Leon FR. That plan obviously worked as SEAT has now added yet another model above the FR+ in the guise of the FR+ Supercopa which offer a special edition styling kit for a sportier look.

It looks like Audi are to fill more automotive niches with the Audi Q8 Coupe SUV and Audi A9 coupe planned to extend the Audi range. The idea that Audi would jump on the coupe SUV bandwagon has been around for some time. In fact, we reported almost two years ago that Audi would be launching a range of coupe SUVs to slot in between their regular SUV offerings and would use the Q2, Q4, Q6 and Q8 monikers.

The arrival of the GT4 leaves Aston in the unique position of being the only manufacturer producing cars in each GT class. The new car has been six months in development, with Aston hopeful that it will build on the success of the N24, winner of this year’s Nurburgring 24 Hours.
