Audi is celebrating its 500,000th TT sport compact with a new special edition, based on the upgraded Audi TTS. Only 500 examples of the TTS competition will be built, and will begin rolling off the assembly line in October. Unfortunately Audi will only sell the exclusive cars across the pond.

The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray made its Detroit auto show debut in two of the 10 colors on the palette--Torch Red and Cyber Gray. Engineers wasted no time stripping the camouflage off prototypes, exposing three other colors on highways in Arizona--Black, Laguna Blue and Velocity Yellow. Cars wearing those colors have been photographed in the wild by Corvette fans and sent to us--the latest a Laguna Blue Corvette from Elliott Gosch of Scottsdale--along with being posted on fan sites such as www.corvetteforum.com and www.corvette7.com.

The BMW X6M & X5M revealed ahead of the New York Car Show [ad#ad-1] Well, this was supposed to be a big reveal for the New York Motor show, which kicks off to the paying public on the 10th, and journos a few days before. But fuzzy scans of the new BMW X6M and BMW X5M turned up on the web a couple of days ago, so it looks like BMW has decided to get the info out as soon as possible.
