Combined RPM (Shift-I) and gear indicator (GiPro) : Shift-I™ is a progressive gear shift and RPM range gauge. The seven lights are used to display a section of your RPM, the first light turning on at your programmed low RPM point, and depending on the display mode, all lights flashing at your programmed high RPM point. GIpro X-type gear position indicator. I had this installed in my Corvette C6 for 2 years never had any issues. The GiPro gear indicator is amazing. Created for motorcycles but it works perfectly on the Corvette. The device switches the number to indicate the gear you are in. Reads RPM and Tach signals then calculates the gear. I have tested it with all type of speed shifts up and down never failed to show correct gear. Requires connecting the devices to the cars engine speed signal and the Vehicle Speed indicator along with 12v power and ground. All wires are marked. I tapped into the HUD wiring harness as shown in the pictures. Over $320 in parts to build.

Freezing conditions are being forecast for the end of January, and road condition campaign website potholes.co.uk is predicting a ‘perfect storm’ of potholes if the forecasts prove correct. With the Met Office confirming that southern England received double the average amount of rainfall during December, persistent heavy rain and floods have created the basis for a disastrous season of crumbling roads.

Reports from the US say that Hyundai is considering badging their premium cars as ‘Genesis’, although there will be no Genesis ‘Brand’. The rumours that Hyundai want to move in to Lexus and Infiniti territory by creating a luxury sub-brand – Genesis being the favoured moniker – have been doing the rounds for years.
