The big reveal happens at 3pm and MSN Cars will be reporting from the event LIVE… …But the firm has already given us a couple of teasers that reveal some of the new car and give us an idea of what we can look forward to. They suggest evolution not revolution for the looks but suggest never-before-seen technology and gadgetry for the new MINI.

New Renault Clio arrives

Tue, 03 Jul 2012

The new Renault Clio has been revealed ahead of a debut at the Paris Motor Show with a new look and five doors. Although it’s still based on the underpinnings of the current Clio, the new Renault Clio is a lot more than a facelift of the current car. For a start, it comes as a five door only, with the back door handles hidden so it looks like a three door, and gets a bold new style that’s been influenced by the Renault DeZir Concept with a new corporate nose featuring a big front grill and Renault badge and big, swoopy crease lines down the doors.

Citroen DS3 and DS3 Cabrio ‘Facelift’ revealed

Thu, 22 May 2014

Citroen DS3 and DS3 Cabrio ‘Facelift’ revealed The baby of the DS range – the Citroen DS3 – is still one of our favourite hatches, and although it’s been with us a few years it still feels current. Which perhaps explains why Citroen’s facelift of the DS3 really amounts to not much more than some new posh headlights and some technology and engine updates. The headline news is the new lighting on the DS3 (although only the DSport gets it as standard) with xenon units with an LED lighting element which, say Citroen, use 35 pe3r cent less power on dipped beam and 75 per cent less on main beam, have a 20,000 hour life (20 times that of a standard halogen bulb) and are derived from the lights on the Numero 9 and Wild Rubis Concepts.
