GlowShift’s Elite 10 Color Series 1500 Pyrometer Gauge boasts ultra-high performance features, and is essential for any diesel truck towing heavy loads or traveling long distances. This EGT gauge reads from 0 to 1500 degrees Fahrenheit with the included type K thermocouple probe, allowing you to closely monitor the temperature of your engine, ensuring it is not running too hot which could result in major engine damage.
This 2 1/16 inch (52mm) exhaust temperature gauge offers incredible features that include, a peak recall function, programmable high and low warning functions, stepper motor technology, 10 color through dial LED lighting, as well as a self-calibration mode at startup, an illuminated red needle, and a low profile magnified tinted lens. The adjustable high and low warning functions will alert you visually or with an optional audible tone, ensuring your vehicle’s exhaust temperature is not running too high, and the peak recall ability gives you an instant vehicle assessment. The included stepper motor ensures all needle movement is incredibly smooth and all gauge readings are extremely accurate. GlowShift’s 10 color through dial lighting lets you match your stock gauges or add a unique look to your vehicle's interior, and with the color recall feature you never have to worry about resetting the gauge to your preferred color every time your vehicle is turned on. This EGT gauge will also dim 30% when connected to your factory headlight switch, making it easy to read while driving at night.
GlowShift’s Elite 10 Color Series 1500 Exhaust Gas Temperature Gauge includes a 1/8th NPT type K thermocouple probe the can be installed by drilling and tapping your exhaust manifold or by installing it directly to your exhaust pipe with one of GlowShift’s Exhaust Temperature Brackets. The included sensor and power wires are completely plug and play, and securely snap into the back of the gauge with the featured modular connectors. This EGT gauge is powered by 12 volts and allows you to power an additional three Elite 10 gauges with the daisy chain feature. GlowShift includes free lifetime technical support and a one year limited warranty with every Elite 10 Color Series Gauge.

Which we haven’t had in the UK for a few years. We suggested Scoobie lovers should give Subaru some grief if they wanted the Scoobie Saloon back in the UK.
2015 Chevrolet Cruze gets a facelift and new connectivity
Sun, 13 Apr 2014The 2015 facelift for the Chevrolet Cruze Saloon With the New York Auto Show looming this month, Chevrolet has revealed a facelift for the Cruze for the 2015 MY, although it’s unlikely the UK will see it. With GM trying to make sense of its European operations, it plans to drop the Chevrolet brand from the UK and Europe and concentrate on VAuxhall and Opel, so it seems likely the updates to the Cruze will be just of academic interest to buyers on this side of the Pond. Cosmetically, the changes are not huge for the Cruze saloon with the usual fodder of titivated lights (the addition of LED running lights on high-end models), a tweaked front end and some new colour choices.
