Ultra-low-mileage Chevrolet Corvair Monza heads to the auction block
Tue, 25 Mar 2014We've never really paused to appreciate the subtle good looks of the Chevrolet Corvair, especially the end-of-the-line 1969 Corvair Monza coupe. But this particular car, which will be sold at the upcoming Mecum Houston auction on April 11, will make you stop and take stock. Porsche 911 (991)
Thu, 18 Aug 2011The release of a new generation of the Porsche 911 is always a major motoring event and the launch of the latest – the 991, which will make its debut in Frankfurt next month – appears to be the most significant since the icon switched to water cooling with the 996 in 1998. While quite obviously an evolution of the 997 and every version prior, the 991 is longer (+56mm), wider (+65mm) and lower (-11mm) than its predecessor, while the wheelbase has been extended in order to increase rear leg room and move the model further into the GT segment. Its front lamp graphics offer a visual link to the 918 concept car and sit above a set of angular DRL/turn signal units and enlarged lower mask intakes.
2015 Ford F-150 work to cost more at body shop

That means improved performance and better fuel economy, so that’s a win-win, right? Well, less than 10 percent of independent repair shops are certified, meet training requirements and have the equipment to work with aluminum body parts, according to Darrell Amberson, chairman of the Automotive Service Association.
