This is a parts replacement warranty, if the part fails while under warranty, we will send a replacement. We only save computers from cars that we can run and the check engine light does not come on. Some computers need to be programmed by the dealer before they will work for you, please verify this with your local dealer if you do not know. We ship all computers in a clear inspection bag so you can inspect and verify the computer is the one you need, once you open the bag you cannot return the item. This part is also called the brain box, ECU, PCM by some folks. We ship all items within 24 hours of payment.
