within 30 days of delivery to you. Item(s) must be returned exactly as
they were shipped to you (not used or installed and must include all tags, boxes and wrapping). The buyer is responsible
for shipping both ways for the exchange. When you contact us for the RA #,
we will verify the availability of the new item(s) requested.
