Based on the 2011 Dub Edition Ford Mustang V6, the customized car features Crackdown 2 graphics and 20-inch wheels fitted with Pirelli Zero Nero tires. We’re following developments at McLaren’s Woking HQ with interest and – weeks after we published world-exclusive pictures of the P11 styling buck (above) – today we can reveal that McLaren is readying three separate model ranges. McLaren Automotive, the car-building arm of the McLaren Group, is plotting a three-tier range of sports cars, CAR understands. Under the McLaren Development Plan, Ron Dennis and the other directors plan to expand the manufacturing base dramatically.
Suzuki fuel cell Concepts at Tokyo
Wed, 07 Oct 2009The Suzuki SX4-FCV hydrogen fuel cell concept will show at Tokyo Suzuki are going to be bringing three fuel cell concept vehicles to Tokyo. The first is the SX4-FCV which uses an 80KW Fuel cell produced by General Motors, which is fuelled by a hydrogen storage tank pressurised to 10,000 psi. A capacitor irons out the flow of power to the 68KW electric motor and benefits from regenerative braking.
