Volvo facelifts the C30 (2009): first photos

Today it’s the turn of Volvo to show off its new, gently facelifted-for-2009 C30. The Swedes are trying to ‘sport up’ the C30, so there’s fresh front and rear styling, in line with the revised C70 and taking its inspiration from the S60 concept car.

The Citroen DS 6WR (pictured) is the first DS SUV Last week Citroen started to tease a new SUV heading for the Beijing Motor Show, which we thought would be the DS X7. But is seems Citroen has thought better of using a moniker like ‘X7′, so it’s changed the handle for its Chineses SUV to Citroen DS 6WR, but it’s still a production version of the Wild Rubis Concept and still the first production DS SUV. albeit only for China – at least for starters.

Lexus are said to be preparing a GS-F with the V10 from the LF-A (pictured) There have been rumours that Lexus are going to produce a range-topping GS-F for some time. But with car makers looking at downsizing and trying their best to stick smaller and more economical engines in its cars it seemed the possibility of an M5 competing Lexus GS were going nowhere soon. But according to Japan’s Best Car magazine that couldn’t be further from the truth.
