Consumer Responsibility
Buyer bares the responsibility to inspect all equipment each time before using it and to take full responsibility for assuring that the equipment remains in good working order and safe to use. Also understand that you are responsible for damage to the equipment through use and such damage is not covered under warranty. The purchaser understands the nature of all terrain vehicle riding and vehicle related activities and acknowledges that he or she and or its intended user is qualified to operate the vehicle, and is in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. Purchaser agrees to assume all risks when allowing others to operate purchaser’s vehicle. If purchaser is not familiar with the nature of vehicle riding then the purchaser should seek professional training before using.

Inherent Risks
Riding this vehicle involves the risk and danger of serious bodily injury including, disability, paralysis, or even death. These inherent risks and dangers may or may not be caused by purchasers own actions. The purchaser of this vehicle fully accepts and assumes responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of purchaser’s participation in riding.

Lawful Operation and Registration:
Purchaser is responsible for registering and operating the vehicle in accordance with local and state laws and ordinances. Seller makes no representations that the vehicle is legal for operation in your specific municipality
