Up for sale is a brand new connector set for the Haltech Elite 1500 and Elite 2500 ECU's. The set includes the 34 Pin and 26 Pin Connectors and 65 terminals (I include the 5 extra for spares). These are genuine AMP/TYCO parts, not crappy knockoffs that are supposedly "interchangeable". You can return the item in its original condition within 14 days for exchange or refund. Please note that shipping & handling is not refundable and you're responsible for return shipping cost. I only list items for sale that I have IN STOCK and ready to ship. McLaren F1 LM Prototype on show at Geneva Motor Show
Mon, 04 Mar 2013The McLaren F1 LM Prototype is heading for display at the Geneva Motor Show as McLaren try to out do Ferrari in the history stakes. McLaren are taking the prototype for the F1 LM – the McLaren XP1 LM – to Geneva for its first ever trip outside the UK (it’s owned by McLaren and was promised to Lewis Hamilton if he won three F1 world championships with McLaren. He didn’t) and will have it on show as part of McLaren’s 50th anniversary celebrations.
Toyota's quake-hit Yaris plant offline for at least another month
Wed, 30 Mar 2011Toyota's quake-hammered Miyagi assembly plant, which makes the Yaris small car for export to the United States, is expected to be offline for at least another month. Workers have completed repairs at the factory and restored electricity, but the facility cannot get supplies of natural gas, a person familiar with the situation said. The assessment underscores the long road facing Toyota and other Japanese automakers in bringing plants back into full operation following the deadly quake, which killed more than 11,000 people, ruptured gas lines, shutdown electric grids and snarled logistics across half the country.

But 4x4s can claim at least one advantage over smaller cars; they are among the least likely types of car to be stolen. According to the latest Home Office Car Theft Index, just four in every thousand 4x4s and people carriers in Britain were stolen in 2006, compared to seven for Fiesta and Astra-sized cars.
